These are really great quality sleep support gummies. They taste nice, even for fussy people, and they are easy to eat making the small dosage easy to go down. The ingredients are decent quality, and the main benefits are supporting relaxation and enabling anxious or stressed brains to relax and sleep. The size of the container is useful for fitting into shelves or cabinets, and there is a decent quantity of them.

Omg! This gummy works for me perfectly. And my dad and mom as well. We’re all having sleeping problems but this save our lives!! If you can fall sleep in the night but wake up in the middle of night, take one gummy when you wake up in the middle of night. But it should be 2.3am, if you take one at 4am, you get tough to wake up.

First of all it tastes amazing, so I have no problem with eating these. The benefits it has on my sleep quality is out of this world, I wake up way more energetic and relaxed, I’m not an expert so I don’t know what about the ingredient list gives that effect on my sleep but I can definitely say it helps! I was already using this brand, but another flavor and this one is just as good, the taste is great. Me and my daughter have a tendency to be anxious, which can cause some difficulties falling asleep. This supplement is great, the dosage is not too high even for kids, it does not make you dependent but will greatly help every time you feel too nervous or energetic to fall asleep, or in case of jetlag. It will last for quite long, but once open, if not used after several months the gummies will become a bit hard, which does not seem to affect efficiency. I will buy it again and strongly recommend it ! So sad it is no longer available, I hope it will be back on stock soon, I did buy it several times and I am still very happy about it.
