These vitamins definitely help with my focus throughout the workday. I take one about a half hour before I start work and another halfway through the workday and I definitely feel the difference with my focus and my thoughts. Having an almost two-year-old has made me feel definitely foggier than I used to so I figured I would give this a shot. The directions say to take two a day but in my experience one a day was better for me. The taste is pleasant enough that you won’t mind taking them. Other than that I guess I feel like I can concentrate better, but that might just be a placebo effect. Definitely give them a try if you think they will help as they haven’t hurt.

So far these seem to work very well. I get a boost of energy as well as being able to focus more. Doesn’t make me jittery or say have more energy but can’t focus like if I took caffeine. They taste good as well. They do have a strange smell upon opening, almost like liquor, but that goes away and the taste isn’t affected. I was really impressed with these, and def recommend.
