The quality is good , ingredients are fantastic, the good thing is that it’s vegetarian, but you need at least 3 months of taking the gums to notice a difference in your hair

I think these are the best consistency in gummies I have come across. The taste is good too. I don’t want to take collagen in pill or powder form and this is a good quality alternative. I will need to take it for at least another month to see major benefits but my skin is already taking on a new quality. I will be ordering more soon! *Update!
