good quality and good ingredient multi vitamin. it was very fun taking it in gummy form rather than capsules. the size of each is pretty big. overall, multivitamin are not optimal to take because while some vitamins dissolve in water, some dissolve in fat so you need to take them on different times for them to absorb. also, some are connecting ti the same receptors so taking them at the same time in a multivitamin can create a competition in absorption and in the ent not all absorbs.

Was very sweet in my opinion. I did notice a positive effect on my hair and nails as i was seeing less hair loss and a good consistent strong nail growth. I did suffer from nail deficiency and not anymore. it did help for my hair loss prevetion so at the end of the day i am satisfied. comes in a good size as well that lasted 3 months.

I think the best part of this product is you can absorb necessary nutrition from just eating gummies instead of eating pill-like supplements. Who doesn’t like sweets? However, I have to say I’m not a huge friend of its texture as I expected gummies to be chewy but not just too soft. But I’ll still keep it in my cart as regular purchase, just for my nutrition supply.

Super vitamins. I took it for my mother on the recommendation of a doctor. I took 3 chewable candies a day.The taste is unusual. Mom felt better after a week of admission. There are no unpleasant sensations in the stomach after taking them, although she has a sensitive stomach and has gastritis. My mother noticed that it became easy to wake up in the morning. The eyes are shining, the skin has become much firmer.

When I took the safety seal off, I could smell a mediciney smell but it was light. So, I ate one and It tasted like a real light mediciney taste but that did not stop me from trying them. The taste is not a problem for me, the gummies support healthy brain functions and that is important to me. The gummies are a complete multivitamin with a super 8 B-vitamin complex to support healthy brain functions.
